Graham County Department of Public Health
Hilltop Healthcare is a free clinic that is offered to the residents of Graham County each Wednesday from 9am to 1pm. The clinic is staffed with a Registered Nurse and a Family Nurse Practitioner along with volunteers of various backgrounds and disciplines. The clinic treats blood pressure issues, diabetes, lab testing as well as acute problems.
Individuals cannot have any form of insurance and must meet the income guidelines for free clinics.

Margaret Tolley, FNP, works as the mid-level provider. She is responsible for assessments and writing of all prescriptions, lab orders and referrals to any specialty clinics. Margaret has been a FNP since 1995 with experience in fields such as Emergency Room Care, Urgent Care, family practice care, and is currently working in the gastrological field.
