The Graham County Register of Deeds provides numerous serviced to the general public, business, and legal community. These include recording legal documents, deeds, plats, certifying documents, administering notary oaths, vital statistics, marriages, births, and deaths.
The records in this office are maintained in accordance with the North Carolina General Statutes and are open for public inspection.
Access to the public records is available at the Register of Deeds office from 8:30 to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday excluding legal holidays. No appointments are necessary
