GRAHAM COUNTY FINANCE

The mission of the Finance Department of Graham County is to conduct the financial activities of Graham County,

the Graham County Travel & Tourism component unit, and the Graham County Rural Development component unit in

compliance with all governmental regulations and accounting standards: to assure sound internal controls and

transparent accountability for public funds: to provide reliable, timely, useful information for fiscal management

and citizen review: and to deliver courteous responsive service to both internal and external customers.



WHAT WE DO

The Finance Department is responsible for the following functions:

• cash and debt management

• accounts receivable

• purchasing

• accounts payable

• payroll (bi-weekly)

• grant management

• financial reporting and analysis and budget forecasting, evaluation, compilation and presentation.
